ABOUT
Established in 2007, Odyssey House is a property development group spearheaded and guided by David Nijland. David is a chartered accountant and serial entrepreneur, with extensive business experience in numerous fields. The original focus of the company was to consolidate various trading entities within the home finishing space.

This was realised in 2008, when NMC (SA), Taylor Blinds and San Marco were successfully merged into Odyssey House. In 2016, the majority of the operations were sold to the newly listed Trellidor Group. Odyssey House is currently an Investment Holding Company, and is a registered National Credit Provider.

PROJECT FINANCE
Odyssey provides trade finance to importers and bridging and loan finance to feasible property developments.

Odyssey sources, assesses, owns and develops/co-develops property opportunities in the retail, residential and commercial sectors. A particular area of expertise is the filling station and quick service restaurant space. Over 20 sites have been developed with numerous Oil companies and food outlets such as McDonalds
